By downloading, installing, or using OnePaste, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

License

OnePaste grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on any macOS device that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use OnePaste only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the application to store or manage illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the application in any way that could damage or impair it

Intellectual Property

OnePaste and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of OnePaste. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OnePaste is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the application is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePaste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the data you copy and store using OnePaste. We recommend regularly backing up important data and not relying solely on clipboard history for critical information.

Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality or fix issues. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

Termination

You may stop using OnePaste at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our application for violations of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
